One-on-One and Couples

Therapy offers a unique healing relationship. We aim to provide you with the space, individual or with your partner, to share without being judged and to experience being your genuine self in the presence of a supportive other. Together, we can uncover the root of your distress, and work towards the life you want to be living.

Sessions are offered online through our easy to use, secure scheduling platform. Save yourself the drive, and take a step towards healing without leaving the space that feels safest to you.
