Welcome to Everworth

Therapy for people who struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, and repeating painful relationship patterns

More About Meg

᯽ I help you untangle the impact of growing up in unpredictable or emotionally confusing environments.

᯽ I help you heal old relationship patterns so you can choose love that feels safe, mutual, and real.

᯽ I help adult children of emotionally immature parents stop shrinking themselves in relationships and second-guessing their inner experience.

᯽ I help you stop walking on eggshells and start trusting your own needs.

Nice to meet you, I'm Meg!

Here's why I love this work

The most stuck parts of you are probably the ones that have been working hardest to keep you safe. They’ve been doing their best to protect you in the only ways they knew how, even if those ways feel exhausting, outdated, or even harmful now.

This is why I love this work - because we get to approach those parts with curiosity instead of judgment. We get to help pieces of you feel seen and understood, sometimes for the very first time.

We get to re-write the messages you learned about yourself and the world when you were young and needed care. And we get to guide you in this beautiful process of becoming.

Becoming the version of yourself you're most proud of.

Becoming the person little you needed.

Becoming the partner or friend you want to be.

Becoming a safe person to yourself.

Not by forcing change, or teaching rigid strategies. Just by creating enough safety that something new becomes possible. This opens space to move toward the kind of ease, connection, and steadiness you’ve been longing for.

Our Work Together

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy and Parts Work

IFS is a way of getting to know the different 'parts' of you that show up in stressful moments (like a part of you that people-pleases while another part of you criticizes yourself). Rather than pushing these parts away, we learn to understand them with curiosity so you can feel more grounded, self-compassionate, and internally steady.

Emotionally Focused Therapy

Emotionally Focused Therapy helps you understand the patterns that show up in your closest relationships, especially when things feel anxious, distant, or hard to trust. Together, we slow things down and work with what’s happening in the moment so you can feel more secure, connected, and understood in your relationships.

My Promise to You

I am committed to honouring the unique strengths you bring with you, and fostering a partnership based in compassion, acceptance, and empowerment. I promise to see you as the worthy and deserving person you are - regardless of what stage of your journey you're at. It would be an honour and a privilege to hear your story.
