My Approach
I haven't met you yet, but I know you're not broken, or bad, or hopeless, or any of the things we tend to tell ourselves when we're at our lowest. You're human, and like humans do, you're probably seeking some refuge from the pain, disconnect, or chaos you feel. This is the lens I approach therapy with - I meet you right there in all of that struggle, and we work as a team to understand how your body and mind are trying their best to protect you (even when it doesn't feel like it). From there, we walk this path together to understand, process, and transform the things you've been through and the way you've survived, so that you can get to living a life you feel truly proud of.
I warmly welcome both individuals and couples to work with me. I have experiencing helping clients navigate many types of challenges, including anxiety/depression, OCD, relationship struggles, ADHD/autism management, and racial identity/trauma. Whatever you're facing, I'm here to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space for connection, self-exploration, and sharing of your authentic self.
